  • Name (from Google OAuth)
  • Profile picture (from Google OAuth)

When you use the Service, we store:

  • Documents you upload (PDFs, images)
  • Briefs you create (text content, selections)
  • Generated PDF reports
  • Person profiles you create
  • Event information you enter

2.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • IP address
  • Usage patterns (pages visited, features used)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Store and organize your documents
  • Generate briefs and PDF reports

  • Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
  • Database is hosted on secure infrastructure

We do not sell your data. We only share your information in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, storage)
  • If required by law or legal process

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

  • Your documents are permanently deleted
  • Your briefs and generated PDFs are deleted
  • Your account information is removed

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for:

  • Authentication (keeping you logged in)
  • Language preferences

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
